Allysa Nicole Villarreal, 20, of De Leon, passed away June 1, 2021. She was born March 14, 2001, in Brownwood, Texas to Rodolfo T. Villarreal and Nellie Garcia Villarreal.

Allysa lived in the De Leon community all of her life. She was employed with De Leon Nursing Home and loved her job there. She especially loved the many relationships she built with co-workers and residents.  She enjoyed spending her spare time with her many friends and large family. Allysa loved to paint and draw and was a talented artist. She also really loved music. Her dog, Tank, was her best friend and she loved him dearly. Allysa was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to so many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her parents, Rodolfo Villarreal and Nellie Garcia Villarreal; brothers, Rudy Villarreal, Jr., Aaron Villarreal, Adam Villarreal and Isaiah Villarreal; grandmothers, Sulema Garcia and Zenaida Villarreal; uncles, Isaac Garcia and husband, Daniel Wingard, BB and Pauline Villarreal, Victor and Mary Villarreal, Anthony and Raquel Villarreal, Manuel and Elizabeth Villarreal and Rosario Garza; numerous cousins; other extended family; and many special friends. Allysa was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Gilbert Garcia and Jarardo Villarreal; great-grandparents, Domingo and Maria Garcia; great-grandmother, Elida Leal; and uncles, Johnathan Garcia and Robert Villarreal.

Graveside funeral services were held Wednesday, June 9, at 10:00 a.m. in De Leon Cemetery.
