Bell Pell Spencer, "Ma Bell", 60, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015.
She was born on Saturday, September 10, 1955, in Odessa, Texas. She was the daughter of Clarence Monroe Pell and Betty Lea Bingham Pell.
Bell lived and worked in the De Leon area most of her life as a Registered Nurse (RN). She loved its many challenges and the opportunity to help others. Bell enjoyed reading, gardening, television and movies, and her dogs. Bell's greatest joy came from her family and many friends. Bell will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.
Bell is survived by her three sons, Tommie Hargus, Christopher Spencer, and Striker Spencer; three grandchildren, Jaci Richards, Billy Layne Spencer, and Raylan Mark Spencer; as well as multiple nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Bell was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Betty Pell; son, Wesley Hargus; brother, Jessie Pell; sister, Mary Breshers; and grandma, Janie.
A celebration of Bell's life was held on Monday, December 28, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home with Pastor Lowell Ercanbrack officiating.
