Bobby Dickey, 82, of De Leon, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in Ft. Worth.
He was born October 2, 1933, in Comyn to Buel Cecil Dickey and Mary Maglene Pearson Dickey.
Bobby was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed gardening, watching baseball and football, and spending time at the coffee shop with his many friends. He loved his family very much and treasured the time he was able to spend with them.
He is survived by his sons, Ralph Dickey and Stephen Dickey; daughter, Laurie Duncan and husband, James; grandsons, Jeremy Dickey and wife, Trina, Jonathan Dickey, Joshua Dickey, Eric Dickey, Aaron Swafford and wife, Jennifer, Bradley Duncan and Travis Dickey; granddaughters, Leanna Winter and Jessica Cogburn; sister, Betty Anne Phillips and husband, Bobby; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and other extended family.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Mary Dickey; and brothers, Jerry Dickey, Johnny Dickey and Tommy Dickey.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 2, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home with Brother Ray Seckinger officiating. Graveside services followed in Proctor Cemetery.
