Brandi "Bb" Leal, 20, of De Leon, passed away January 12, 2026. She was born February 10, 2005, in Ft. Worth, Texas and was the youngest child of Eloy Leal and Irene Chastain.

Brandi lived all her life in De Leon. She was creatively gifted and enjoyed journaling, drawing, and writing.  She loved listening to music, swimming, and going to the lake with her family and friends. Brandi loved spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoyed being with her nephews and niece. She had dreams of working in the healthcare industry and helping people. Brandi had a nurturing heart and always tried to make someone else's day better. She had given her life to the Lord in Catholic communion at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was deeply loved by her family and many friends and will be missed beyond measure.

She is survived by her mother, Irene Chastain; brother, Joe Leal; sisters, Allisa Leal and Mari Leal; nephews, Ezekiel Leal, Grayson Leal, and Giovanni Leal; niece, Elyanna Ybarra; and her dog, Plex. Brandi has been reunited with her dad, Eloy Leal; sister, Allie Leal; and grandparents, Alfredo and Maria Leal.

A Celebration of Life will be held February 10th from 5-10:00 p.m. at De Leon City Hall.
