Christine Partain, 88, of North Richland Hills, Texas passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in her home on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Christine was born in Floydada, Texas (Floyd County) on October 20, 1936, to Taylor Edward Leach Sr. and Martha Charlene McKibbins.

In 1951, Christine married the love of her life in Lubbock, Texas, and soon followed the birth of their first son. They then relocated to Chula Vista, Ca. and had three children.

Christine delighted herself in being a devoted wife and loving mother where she found immense joy and took great pleasure in every aspect of homemaking.

Christine was a Godly woman who took great pride in creating a warm and welcoming home for her family. She was also an active participant in her church and local school functions, dedicating her time and energy to the community she cherished so dearly. Her life was a testament of love, service, and the simple yet profound display of caring for those around her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill Gene Partain; son, Garry Partain; brother, Robert Maurice Sizemore, and sister Nellrose Leach (Hayslip).

Christine leaves behind a loving legacy in her family. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Partain of Fort Worth; son, Terry Partain of Colleyville; daughter, Cathy Belyeu (Partain) of North Richland Hills; 15 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; and brother, Taylor Edward Leach Jr. and wife Sandra Leach of Lubbock.

A celebration of Christine's life will be held Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in Nowlin Anders Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Victor Cemetery, Erath County.
