Cindy Lou Rawls, 62, a life-long resident of De Leon, Texas passed from this life July 1, 2023, at De Leon Nursing and Rehab. She was born in De Leon on May 2, 1961, to Allen "Tooter" Solomon and Alice K. Coan Solomon.

Cindy graduated from De Leon High School Class of 1979. She was a devoted and loving homemaker for her children. She enjoyed shopping garage sales and spending time with her loving family. Cindy was a Christian and loved the Lord. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her mother, Katrina Solomon; son, Michael Rawls and wife, Jo; daughter, Mindy Gonzales; grandchildren, Lizzy Rawls, Kileigh Gonzales, and Blake Gonzales; sister, Sherry Vera and husband, Rick; brother, Kent Solomon; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.  Cindy has been reunited with her father, Tooter Solomon.

Graveside services honoring Cindy's life were held Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in De Leon Cemetery with Brother Matt Morton officiating.
