Delores Rich, 70, of De Leon, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014. She was born October 1, 1943, in West Virginia. Delores married Jerry Rich August 4, 1962, in De Leon.

Delores was a member of De Leon Church of Christ and was a devoted servant to God. She had lived in the De Leon area most all of her life and was a homemaker. She enjoyed working puzzles, crocheting and collecting dolls. She enjoyed spending time with her family and church family.

She is survived by her brothers, Charles Asa Brown and wife, Cora, and James Willis Brown; sister, Jean Erck; brothers in law and sisters in law, Marvin and Louise Rich and Bill and Mildred Rich; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.

Delores has gone home to join her husband, Jerry Rich; daughters, Lisa Ann Rich and Patsy Charlene Rich; and parents, James and Nina Brown.

Funeral services were held Sunday, April 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home. Graveside services followed in De Leon Cemetery. Minister Denny Wilson officiated the services.
