Diana Lynn Hughes, 71, passed away Monday, October 28, 2019, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born February 29, 1948, in Dallas, Texas, to Nolan and Bobbie Strickland Siegler.

Several years after high school, Diana enlisted and served in the United States Army. Diana moved to De Leon from Granbury in the 1990's. She was a long time Barber and enjoyed the opportunity her profession provided her to meet new people. She was a member of St. Joe Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and loved to fish. Her dog, Lucy, was her best companion.

She is survived by her son, Robert B. Hughes; daughter, Stacie Lynn McLellan; grandchildren, Dakota Hughes and Marcus McLellan; brothers, Phillip Siegler and wife, Beverly, and Steve Siegler and wife, Lisa; her partner, Beatrice Reyna; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan and Bobbie Siegler.

Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. in De Leon Cemetery with Brother Matt Morton officiating.
