Dllana Brown Hood, 76, passed peacefully from this life February 23, 2025, in Burleson, Texas. She was born September 10, 1948, to Lesley Junior Brown and Maxie Christine Northcott in Gorman, Texas. Dllana married her loving husband of fifty-six years, Ronald Hood, May 31, 1968, in De Leon.

Dllana was raised in De Leon and graduated with the De Leon class of 1967. After graduation, she and Ron were married and relocated to Ft. Worth. She was employed as a medical transcriptionist for many years. They later moved to Burleson and are long time members of Burleson First Baptist Church. Dllana enjoyed many hobbies. She was a talented quilter and enjoyed crafting. She loved to make wreaths and was an avid reader. Dllana was a selfless wife and mother, doting grandmother, special daughter, sister, and loyal friend to many. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, Ron; son, Jeff Hood and wife, Kristin; grandchildren, Ashleigh Hood and David Hood; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. She has been reunited with her parents; and brother, Elroy Weeks.

Graveside committal services celebrating Dllana's life will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in De Leon Cemetery with Brother Jim Farley officiating.
