Euna (Anglin) Terrill, 98, peacefully passed from this life Friday, January 19, 2024. Born October 12, 1925, to Arthur F. Anglin and Mary I. Smith Anglin, Euna was one of seven children. Euna married George Allen Terrill on January 12, 1946. George preceded Euna in death in 2005.

Euna was raised in Duster and graduated from Duster High School. She was a lifelong resident of the De Leon area and a longtime member of De Leon First United Methodist Church. She was faithful in her service to the church and to her Lord always. She would volunteer her time to help with the church Harvest Fall Festival annually and would help with church office duties as needed.

She was a devoted homemaker for her family but also had several occupations outside the home. She was employed with Higginbotham Funeral Home (De Leon Funeral Home), Higginbotham Department Store, and Marcene's Dress Shop. She enjoyed many civic memberships in the community including De Leon ESA and the bank travel club. Through the travel club, she was able to take many overseas trips throughout the years. Traveling and visiting new places was one of her greatest joys in life. Euna loved to work cross word puzzles and word search puzzles. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, doting grandmother, special sister and aunt, and wonderful friend to many. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Euna is survived by her sons, Mark Terrill and wife, Debbie; and George Steven Terrill and wife, Estelle; grandchildren, Michael Terrill, Leah Thomas, Judy Reynolds, Cody Reynolds, Ben Thomas, and Jason Luna; great-grandchildren, Chloe Terril, Ethan Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Alyssa Martinez, Zoey Reynolds, Tony Luna, and Trinity Luna; numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Euna has been reunited with her husband, George; parents, Arthur and Mary; brothers, Charles Anglin, Norman Anglin and Curtis Anglin; sisters, Era Locke, Erma Gee, and Ruth Throckmorton.

Funeral services celebrating Euna's life were held January 25, 2024, at De Leon First United Methodist Church with Rev. Kaiya Kershaw officiating and Cecelia Boswell assisting. Graveside committal followed in De Leon Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Methodist Children's Home (1111 Herring Avenue, Waco, Texas 76708).
