Forrest Aubrey Eisenrich MD, age 90, of De Leon, passed peacefully from this life April 26, 2025, at Legacy Estate. He was born June 10, 1934, in Monrovia, California to Aubrey Delbert Eisenrich and Bernice Emily Stoltz Eisenrich.

Dr. Eisenrich was raised in Brownsville, Texas and graduated from Brownsville High School. He graduated medical school from UTMB at Galveston in 1961 and began his lifelong career of helping people. He moved to De Leon in 1963 and opened his practice. Dr. Eisenrich served a total of fifty-two years in the medical field and finally retired in 2013. He was highly instrumental in the consolidation of the De Leon Hospital and Comanche Hospital and served on the CCMC Hospital Board for four years. Dr. Eisenrich also served on the De Leon ISD School Board for nineteen years. In his spare time, Dr. Eisenrich loved to hunt, golf, sail, and read. He was a loving family man and a loyal friend to many. He spent his life in the service of others and will always be remembered for his dedication to his calling in life.

He is survived by his son, Lloyd Eisenrich and wife, Mari; daughter, Haven David and husband, Garry; and son, Jarrett Eisenrich and wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Jacob Eisenrich MD, Erin Eisenrich, Emily Bua, Cody Lindsey, Caddo Lindsey, Jarrod David, Justin David, Jonathan Eisenrich, Paige Eisenrich, Caden Eisenrich, and Keegan Brown; thirteen great grandchildren; and numerous other extended family. He was preceded by his wife, Patricia Eisenrich; two sons, Robert Glenn Eisenrich and Christian Eisenrich; and his parents.

A celebration of Dr. Eisenrich's life will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Legacy Estate.
