James L Boudreau, 83, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. He was born on July 10, 1942. He lived in Sunset, LA with his family until adulthood. His parents were Margaret Theresa Bienvenu and James Gardner Boudreau.

Jim graduated from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA with a degree in Animal Husbandry. He later moved to Texas where he ranched, trained horses, competed in steer roping and team roping. He also became a Real Estate Broker for several years. Lastly, he moved to Stephenville, Texas with his wife, Brenda.

Jim was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Boudreau and their parents.

Jim is survived by his wife, Brenda Boudreau; sister, Tippy Corbello of Missouri; son, James Boudreau of Ohio; daughter, Camille Chudzinski of Louisiana; step-children, Shawn Nixon of Crawford, Texas; Jesse Damron of Honolulu, Hi; Jonathan Burt of San Angelo, Texas, and Jolene Keyes of Robinson, Texas. He was blessed with three grandchildren, Patrick Chudzinski, Kayla Boudreau and Connor Boudreau; five bonus grandchildren, Colton Nixon, Lauryn Bruner, Levi Cook, Russ Keyes, Myles Keyes;  bonus great-grandchildren, Alexander, Lucy, and Bridger; and other extended

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Comyn Baptist Church Fellowship Hall (800 Highway 1496, De Leon, Texas 76444).
