James "Jim" Lucien Fields, of De Leon, passed from this life Friday, April 7, 2023, in Plano at the age of 56.

Jim led an interesting life full of variety holding many jobs in his lifetime, the most prominent being as a Security Officer.  He was a Christian and loved his unofficially adopted granddaughter, Layla, and with all his heart.

James was laid to rest in Sand Hill Cemetery (Comanche County) on Friday, April 21, 2023.
