Janice Kay Dendy-Larmer (born October 24th, 1947) returned home to her father on February 15, 2021.

Janice was the daughter of George 'Smiley' Dendy and Audrey Fisher-Dendy and attended grade school through junior high in the Eastland/De Leon area before moving to Fort Worth to complete school at Richland High School. There she met her future husband Robert Larmer and the father of her two children, Angela and Richard Larmer.

Jan was a devoted wife and a glowing example of a loving mother to her children Angela and Richard.  Janice was also a doting grandmother to Bryan and Jeffrey Wiggins from Angela; and Ava Larmer from Richard and his wife Susan Larmer, and a great-grandmother to Emma and Mia Wiggins from Bryan Wiggins. She also honored and cherished her big brother Lonnie Ray Dendy and was lifelong best friends with her sister-in-law Charlotte Dendy (they were true sisters).  Janice was also a very special 'Aunt Jan' to her nephews Gregory Todd Dendy and Douglas Ray Dendy from Lonnie Ray and Charlotte.

Janice enjoyed the joy and happiness of her children and her family was always first. She was also an amazing cook and homemaker throughout her life and worked as bookkeeper for her brother's business for more than 25 years.  Janice also enjoyed sewing and making clothes for her children and family.

Graveside funeral services were held Monday, February 22, 2021, at 2 pm at De Leon Cemetery with Brother Matt Morton officiating.
