Jj Montague's Obituary
J.J. Montague, 88, of De Leon, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2013. He was born February 11, 1925 to Jason J. Montague and Idell Watson Montague.
He had lived in the De Leon community his entire life and graduated from Comyn High School. He worked as a farmer and rancher. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
J.J. is survived by his sister, Myrtie Montague of De Leon.
He has gone home to join his parents; 3 sisters; and two brothers.
Graveside services were held Monday, December 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in Comyn Cemetery.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the De Leon Ministerial Alliance at 140 CR 449, De Leon, Texas, in memory of J.J.
