Linda S. Flora, 80, passed peacefully from this life December 20, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Linda was born December 15, 1945, in Gorman, Texas to Herman Hardin and Opal Eads Hardin. She married her loving husband, Michael P. Flora, on September 14, 1974. They enjoyed a loving marriage of forty-seven years until his passing in 2021.

Linda lived her entire life in Texas. Michael's career was in White Settlement, Texas, and they raised their family there, finally retiring back home to De Leon. Linda was a selfless and devoted homemaker for her family. She enjoyed taking care of her family in all ways possible and was always her happiest when spending time with them. She loved to garden, can, sew, make Christmas candy, and attend church when she was able. She was a long time member of Assembly of God Church, De Leon. Linda was a kind soul, always giving, encouraging, and uplifting to others. She was a loyal friend, devoted wife, attentive mother, doting grandmother, and faithful follower of Christ. While her absence here will be immensely felt, her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with many loved ones and is healed and whole in the presence of her Savior.

Linda is survived by her loving family: son, Raymond Flora and wife, Melanie; daughter, Julie Miner; grandchildren, Savannah Flora, Paydon Miner, Courtney Miner and husband, Garrett Vernon, Whitney Brown and Weston Brown. She has been reunited with her husband, Michael; parents; brother, Herman; and two sisters, Mary and Judy.

Funeral services celebrating Linda's life were held Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Munter officiating. Graveside committal followed in Oliver Springs Cemetery.
