Linda Stacy, 68, of Fort Worth, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024. She was born August 30, 1955, in Weatherford, Texas to James and Geneva Stansberry.

Linda graduated from Eastern Hills High School and studied at Tarrant County College. On June 12, 1980, she married Eugene Stacy and together they would spend the next four decades building a family, home, and a memory-filled life. Linda also cared for many patients and families during her forty-three year career working as a nurse for Cook Children's Hospital.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, holiday gatherings, race weekends with Eugene and long talks on the phone with family and friends. Linda's children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. She always had a bright smile when she spoke of them.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Stacy; son, Thomas Stacy and wife, Nicki; daughter, Cheryl Henault and husband, Josh; grandchildren, Hannah Henault, Eric, Adam and Henry Stacy; and many more family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ronny Stansberry.

The Stacy family received friends for visitation on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home in De Leon, Texas. Linda will be interred in Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Linda.
