Louetta Frasier Young Stacy, 77, of De Leon, Texas peacefully passed from this life June 17, 2022. She was born September 28, 1944, in Gorman, Texas to Irvin Frank Frasier and Tom Ben Coan Frasier.
Louetta was raised in Duster, Texas and graduated with the De Leon Class of 1963. She lived in many places throughout her life including Seminole, Texas, Manitou, Oklahoma, Frederick, Oklahoma, and Mason, Texas, but finally returned home to De Leon in 2009. She was a devoted and loving homemaker for her family. After raising her children, she was employed by hospice as an in-home health care aide for terminally ill patients and their families in Odessa, Texas. She enjoyed many hobbies but especially loved music and singing. She played the piano for various churches and loved to attend church singings. She was a faithful servant to her Lord and Savior. She also loved all forms of art. She was a devoted wife and mother, loving sister and aunt, and loyal friend to many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her three loving sons, Rusty Young and wife, Julia E., Eddie Wayne Young and wife, Cathy, and Conrad Young; grandchildren, Dallas Goodwin, Ashley Young, Ryan Daniel Young, and Erin Nicole Graham; six great-grandchildren; brothers, James Frasier of Duster and Bob Frasier of Abilene; first husband and father of her sons, Robert Russell Young, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family. Louetta was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Stacy; parents; brothers, Frank Frasier and Olen Frasier; and sisters, Verdell Miller, Laura Moon, and Jean Farrow.
Memorial services celebrating Louetta's life were held Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Kenneth Wilson officiating. Louetta was laid to rest in De Leon Cemetery.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Fair Haven Baptist Church at 140 CR 449, De Leon, Texas 76444, in memory of Louetta.
