Obituary

Margaret "Maggie" Ann Driver Sheridan, 50, of Dublin, went home to join her Lord and Savior June 7, 2014. She was born September 28, 1963, in Gorman to R.L. and Jean Shumate Driver.

Maggie was a devoted and loving homemaker. She was a Christian who loved the Lord. She loved being outdoors and spending time at the lake. She loved all arts and crafts and was very creative. She enjoyed planting flowers, especially sunflowers. She and Gary moved to Dublin in 2013 from Midland.


She is survived by her husband, Gary Sheridan; daughters, Melody Thompson and husband, James, JaCee JoAnn Sheridan; step-daughters, Lacie Sheyenne and Kerri Sheridan; son, Garrett Skaggs; step-sons, Hunter Lee Sheridan and Larry Sheridan; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Norma Marker, Glenda Driver and Nina Wright; brother, Larry Driver; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family; and many friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, R.L. and Jean Driver and her brother, Sonny Driver.

Funeral services were held Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home in De Leon. Graveside services followed in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Comanche County.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, in memory of Maggie.
