Once settled in Texas, they served in Weatherford at a Baptist Children's home before moving to De Leon. He was a dedicated and faithful servant to his Lord and made many wonderful friends here in De Leon. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by Velma in 2012. Bob's wishes were to not have any formal services.
