Roy K. Foster, 79, of De Leon, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018. He was born June 9, 1939. Roy married Joan Murle Bryant on June 4, 1983.

Roy lived in the De Leon community for over thirty-five years. He was a long-time truck driver in the agriculture industry. Over the years, he was employed by Kent Boswell, Eddie Lindley and Farley Farm Supply. Roy enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Joan Foster; step-sons, Rick Hardin and wife, Pam, Randy Hardin and wife, Terry, Ronny Hardin and wife, Stefi, and Rodney Hardin and wife, Andrea; nine step-grandchildren; numerous step great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home with Jim Farley officiating. Graveside services followed in De Leon Cemetery.
