Sallie Sue Marsh Hale's Obituary
Sallie Sue Marsh Hale passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. Sallie was the youngest of five children born December 5, 1936 to Virgil and Ruby Marsh.
Sallie married Thurman Hale and they lived in De Leon where they raised their only child, Rebecca. Sallie received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University in 1977 and a Master of Education from North Texas State University in 1981. She taught Vocational Office Education at Comanche High School and Computer Literacy at Comanche Junior High until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and brothers, Winston Marsh and Roger Marsh.
She is survived by her sisters, Delle Flanders of Pearland, Texas, Nelda Johnston of Woodville, Texas; daughter, Rebecca Gorden and husband James of Houston, Texas; granddaughter, Susan Hogan and husband Jason of Friendswood, Texas; grandson, Brad Gorden of Houston, Texas; and great granddaughter, Aria Paige of Friendswood, Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
