Susie Ann Hall Senter, 76, peacefully passed from this life January 14, 2026, in Azle. She was born October 3, 1949, in Bowie, Arizona to Willie F. Hall and Kathern Gibson Hall. Susie married her loving husband, Dick Senter, on July 3, 1969, in Bowie, Arizona. They enjoyed a loving marriage of fifty-three years until his passing in 2022.

Dick and Susie moved to De Leon in 1987 where he took a job with De Leon ISD as a History teacher and girls athletic coach. The were long time members of De Leon First Baptist Church. Susie retired from Mid-Tex Cellular after many dedicated years as an administrator for the company. She enjoyed many hobbies including sewing, painting, and arts and crafts. She loved to spend time outdoors and her greatest joy in life was following her grandchildren to support them in all of their activities. Susie was a devoted wife, a loving and attentive mother, special sister, and adoring grandmother. She loved her family well and they will all miss her beyond measure.

She is survived by her daughters, Kathy Jones and Holly Hammon (Daniel); grandchildren, Matthew Jones (Jessicca), Scotty Jones, Connor Hammon (Bianca); and great-grandchild, Ezra Hammon; brothers, Willie "Bill" Hall (Earlene), Rich Hall (Joanna), Bo Hall (Joyce), and Joe Hall (Brenda); numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family. Susie has been reunited with her husband, parents, and grandson, Taylor.

The Senter family will receive friends for visitation Monday, January 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Nowlin Anders Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at noon with Brother Paul Winegeart officiating.
