Terri Marlene Mullins, age 55, of De Leon, passed away June 19, 2018, in Brownwood. She is survived by her loving parents: mother, Deloris Barton of De Leon, and father, Marlin Dana Mullins and wife, Dixie, of Florida; and brother, Donald Ray Mullins of California.
