Terry "T-Bo"
Alan Stephens
Oct 18, 1954 — Apr 28, 2018
Terry "T-Bo" Alan Stephens, 63, of De Leon, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018, with all of his loving girls by his side. He was born October 18, 1954, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Truman Jefferson Stephens and Valine Maxine Carlton Stephens. Terry married the love of his life, Marsha Macha, November 18, 1978, in Marlin, Texas.
Terry grew up in Wichita Falls and received his Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Tarleton State University in 1978. He met Marsha at Tarleton and so began their lives together. Terry and Marsha are long-time members of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in DeLeon. They moved to De Leon in 1980 when they started Stephens Feed which they owned and operated together until 2014. Here, they grew their family to include four daughters and seven grandchildren. Terry had many hobbies and lived his life to the fullest. He loved farming, his cattle, fishing, spending time outdoors, playing dominoes and 42 at the feed store, canoeing and taking long road trips while snacking on summer sausage and cheese. Of all his hobbies, his family was his favorite. He loved his girls so much and was always a devoted and supportive father. Terry was faithful in serving and doing for others. He would go without to make sure someone else had what they needed. He was a loving husband, incredible father, and true friend. Terry will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Marsha Stephens; daughters, Amy Psencik, Jennifer Stephens, Becky Koesler and husband, Tony, and Megan Longoria and husband, Josh; grandchildren, Kaylynn Psencik, Landon Psencik, Addison Koesler, Clara Koesler, Charlotte Koesler, Maddlynn Longoria, Wyatt Longoria, and one more on the way; sister, Julie Stice and husband, Steven; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; other extended family; and best friend, Ernest Escamilla.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Valine Stephens; brothers, Tony Stephens and Mark Stephens; and son-in-law, Trey Psencik.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Dublin. Graveside services followed in Round Grove Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, De Leon, or charity of choice, in memory of Terry.
