Obituary

Tracy Lee Mosher born March 3, 1961 was a daughter, a friend, a niece, an aunt, a sister, and most importantly a mom. Tracy had a sweet, caring spirit and always wanted the best for everyone and everything. She was born in Mississippi, but at heart she was a Texas girl. Her family settled in Dripping Springs, Texas where she lived for over forty years.

She served the State of Texas for thirty years and retired. Tracy most recently was living in Eastland, Texas. Tracy was the best trip planner, cook, and collector of Rooster and Little Fat Bird figurines. She was kind and gentle and had the bluest eyes that lit up when she smiled. Tracy was the most loving sister and friend. She loved being an Aunt and cared about all her nieces and nephews greatly. She was the absolute best mom in the world.

Tracy went to be with the Lord on April 14, 2020. She had a smile on her face as she met our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Patricia Mosher; grandparents, Frank and Grace Otwell and Clarence and Grace Mosher; uncle, Gary Otwell; uncle, James Otwell; and many other loved ones.

She is survived by her daughter, Amber Picasso and husband Chris; sister, Tammy Crosby and husband John; brother, Sean Mosher and wife Amanda; aunts, Nancy Otwell and Carolyn Otwell; uncle, Ron Mosher and wife Pat; nieces and nephews, Chelsea Mosher, Joshua Crosby, Jacob and Kelly Crosby, Brett Mosher, Brianna Mosher, and Alexis Mosher; great-nephews, Jackson Crosby, Jase Crosby, and Jameson Crosby; beloved dogs, Pistol and Peppy; and many other loved ones that were special to her and she truly loved.

Graveside funeral services celebrating Tracy's life were held Friday, April 17, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. in De Leon Cemetery with Brother Daniel Harper officiating. Condolences may be offered online at www.nowlinandersfh.com .

Due to the current COVID-19 regulations on group gatherings, we kindly ask that any friends planning to attend Tracy's graveside service respectfully stand at least 30 feet from the tent. Also, please do not gather in groups larger than 10 people (at the advised 6 foot distance). The tent seating will be reserved for immediate family only. We are saddened that we cannot currently allow friends to pay their respects to the Mosher family with a traditional visitation and ceremony. The family appreciates your understanding of the graveside safety regulations and is thankful for your continued prayers and kind thoughts during this difficult time.
